Will you be in an office space in the Future?
Yes, currently, I only offer virtual therapy. However, in the near future, there will be a physical location for Heal.Grow.Evolve.Thrive, LLC. Additionally, we offer in-home therapy services.
How does Telehealth work?
Here at Heal.Grow.Evolve.Thrive, LLC we use HIPPA- compliant video platforms to protect client confidentiality during Telehealth sessions. Prior to the commencement of your session, clients will receive instructions and a link for easy access to your session. At your scheduled session time you simply click the link where you will be redirected to begin your session.

What can I expect during my first appointment?
During your intake session, your therapist will gather the necessary information to gain a better understanding of your past experiences, current challenges, barriers, struggles, and goals in therapy. We emphasize that this is your space and work with you to ease any anxieties the first session can bring through grounding and other relaxation techniques.
